Bug: The "To:" line is too long for some SMTP servers
TWiki expands all subscribed users of a
WebNotify to one "To:" line. This line can get very long if there are many subscribed users as it is the case here in the Codev web. Some SMTP servers might have a problem with this, and it is probably violating a RFC rule.
Test case
Starting from last Friday the Codev notification to my home e-mail address stopped working, but it still arrived at work. Other webs are OK.

to split up long "From", "To", "CC", "BCC" lines into several lines with leading spaces.
In
TWikiAlphaRelease and TWiki.org. Lets see tomorrow if it is fixed.
