E-mail Address Rendering Fix for TWiki Release 4.0.2

Two small bugs had sneaked into 4.0.2, both related to how e-mail addresses are shown.

• Item2009 - E-mail addresses are not properly padded
• Item2010 - E-mail address in form field is not turned into mailto link

Since these bugsfixes are annoying for new users, fixes for both bugs are provided here for download. Just unzip or untar the fix package on top of your TWiki-4.0.2 directory or manually replace the two files: lib\TWiki\Render.pm and templates\formtables.pattern.tmpl with the files from the zip.
