Feature Proposal: TWiki Plugin for Sproutliner

Motivation

Have you seen sproutliner?

Sproutliner is a free web service that helps you manage your projects and ideas (think of it as a supercharged structured to-do list). It uses some rather smashing client-side technology to make things as quick and easy as possible, without forcing you to worry about hitting 'submit' to save your precious data.

This would make a cute WYSIWYG-style editor for TWiki.

Description and Documentation

A co-worker wishes he had an outliner plugin for TWiki, "something like WYSIWYG but without things I don't care about like text formatting -- oriented toward arranging grouped items". Something like this might fit the bill.
