Topic: pretty much a synonym for what is called a page most other places on the world wide web. TopicAction: primarily used in templates as a variable (%TOPICACTION%), it refers to the actions which can be applied to a topic: edit, attach, print, preview, etc.W
Web: TWiki's main major method of dividing/segregating/categorizing topics. On twiki.org you can see the Webs Main | TWiki | Codev | Plugins | Support | Sandbox. In templates and/or preferences is the %WIKIWEBLIST% variable.
