I was confused by the icons on the first sight. Then I found those icons helpful. The newbie would not be able to interpret the icons right and the senior Twiki-ist would be able to use them intuitively.
As a result of this point of view I propose to put either:
- the icons in a new line underneath each web-link, see also SiteMap1
(so insert a <br> between the web link and the icons)
- all icons in a new column, see also SiteMap2
- a legend for the icons at the end of the table, see also SiteMap3

I like most
SiteMap3 variant. But "home" might be not needed, web's name links there.

It looks too crowded if the icons are below the web link.
I added a legend below the table, similar to Martin's
SiteMap3

Funny thing, design choices... To me it looks
less crowded having the icons below the web name. In my browsers, the icons following the name get squeezed and bumped to the next line anyway. Doesn't matter much as it's a simple thing to change according to personal preference.
On another matter, I agree with
PeterMasiar that we don't really need the home icon since the web name provides that link. What
would be nice is to have a link to
WebPreferences with a little wrench icon or something along those lines.

Looks fine to me with the icons next to the web names. Deleting the home icon would save space so sounds like a good idea.
