On a user's page have a button: "Send Message" that brings up an edit window and upon clicking "send", sends an email message to the user without revealing the recipient's email address. This implies that the user has set an email address that is not publicly visible, which may be a new feature itself.

This is probably more appropriate to a public TWiki then an internal one...
