SergeyJSinx, your translation has Windows-1251 Encoding, please read topic UserInterfaceLocalisation.

Attention: TWiki translation files must be encoded in UTF-8 !

Thanks for bringing the translation up to date, Andrey, I have committed it to SVN

Your patch included a BOM, which I have removed. Many editors write this marker to UTF-8 files per default, but not all software is updated to handle these yet. Just mentioning this as it has a tendency to catch up with you when not expected - i.e. when working with UTF-8 and XML.
