Outside of the CoreTeam it's quite frustrating trying to work out how to get things done. The CoreTeamRoles don't seem to be performed by the people assigned to them, and some roles are assigned to one active member but apparently performed by another (e.g. the TWikiReleaseManagerRole). A small subset of the core team (Peter, Arthur and Sven) are apparently the only ones doing all the work, at the moment at least.

Can we get this correctly documented for DakarRelease please? And keep it up to date? Or, if the assignment of specific roles is inappropriate, delete that documentation to avoid frustrating the pond life?
