I am looking for a developers dictionary of old to new functions. Seems like this would be essential to the group of people upgrading the code from T3 to T4. I am trying to find such doco so that I can upgrade our own T3 customizations to T4.

Eric, I doubt you will find this.

The document on Dakar design principles is the best place to start learning about what had changed. I was also worried about this when I started porting all our extensions and plugins over (which had made heavy use of functions to core which did not rely on the plugin API). It turned out that once you get the hang of how sessions are handled it was not that bad.
