Mental models

People come with different mental models, mostly it influences from their past experience. People are very active in problem-solving who always have a general current model in mind that drives their behavior in a very systematic way, but they refine and revise this model in response to feedback. By the method of UCA, we can uncover the user’s mental model and match with the interface conceptual model.
