• NewComboBoxTWikiFormFieldType: New combobox TWiki Form Field Type, by PTh

• VarEDITFORMFIELD: New EDITFORMFIELD Variable, by PTh
  • Accepted by release meeting, renamed from FORMINPUTFIELD.
  • As a separate proposal, add new VarEDITFORM to create a whole form.

• GetEffectiveUser: getEffectiveUser() and getRealUser() in TWiki::Users
  • Accepted by release meeting.
