InternetExplorer 7

IE7 beta 2 is now out. It the default choice if you try to download IE from Microsoft nowadays.

A couple of observations with its use of TWiki:

1. The left bar overlaps the main content (http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/view/Bugs/Item2324?rev=6)
   • I have a fix that I'll check in shortly for this
2. When authenticating on TWiki.org you get a warning about the site using Basic Authentication over an unsecured network.
