Bug: Include with non-existing URL returns error page
If you use the %INCLUDE{URL}% tag with a non-existing URL TWiki returns an error page and the normal user will not be able to edit the page again unless he knows how to hack the URL. The error returned is: "Bad arg length for Socket::pack_sockaddr_in, length is 0, should be 4 at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi/Socket.pm line 373."
Test case
Insert this on a TWiki page:
%INCLUDE{http://hfh.jhfh.dh/hey.txt}%
