Bug: include functionality fails in some cases

We're getting an odd message - "HTTP/1.1 404 Object Not Found" when including certain URLs.

That link needs a password - can you attach the output, and most importantly supply the info in SupportGuidelines. Linking to your site doesn't supply this info.

Since there's been no movement on this, and given the problems that ProxiedIncludesBrokenImplementationBug and ChunkedTransferEncodingOnInclude would cause in this situation (specifically the HTTP/1.1 issue again), I'm marking this as a duplicate. (If we had the category I'd mark it BugUnreproducible )
