Improve Support topics

2. How long ago posted
3. Resolved status

This would greatly improve scannability of Support pages. And could even be searched on if these were form fields.

Proposal:

• Add h1 topic title
• Calculate time since first post
• Write resolved status big, at the top.

Discussion

Adding a title is a sensible enhancement. Questions:

• How to make this compatible with current format (reports etc.)
• Shall we revert to autonumbered topics, or keep a human readable topic name (in addition to title)?
• Instead of "how long ago posted" better show what TWiki version the question applies to?
