Bug: Error Attaching File to non-existing Topic

If try to attach a file to a non-existing topic you get this error:

Software error:

Can't call method "findOne" without a package or object reference at /home/groups/t/tw/twiki/cgi-bin/attach line 113.

Better error checking is needed.

Test case

Click on Attach on a not existing topic, e.g. ErrorAttachingFileToNonExistingTopicTest110928

Fix record

Added new oopsattachnotopic.tmpl template and check for non-existing topic in attach and upload. Fix is in TWikiAlphaRelease and at TWiki.org.
