I have a problem that may affect only Konqueror 2.1 (I don't know about more recent versions of Konqueror).
Konqueror, unlike many (all??) other browsers, does not reduce multiple line feeds ( <cr><lf>, \n, whatever they're called) to one.
Thus, for example, if there are multiple line feeds after my signature on this page, Konqueror displays that much vertical whitespace. It would be nice if TWiki would truncate line feeds beyond a single line feed at the end of the text area. (From my limited knowledge (and recollection) of Perl, this may only take a "chomp" at the appropriate location(s).)
Note: I don't know when these extra line feeds get added. It seems to occur "magically" sometime during an edit, depending on what is done. It might be ideal to find the specific cause and fix it there, but I'm not sure that's really required.
Would this cause problems for anybody else?
As a more general comment, I do like Konqueror's behavior in this respect -- I do like to be able to control the amount of whitespace in my documents. (Both vertical, and for example, horizontal, to allow me to put two spaces at the end of a sentence.

) (Just for the record, Konqueror 2.1 has a few bugs related to handling vertical whitespace, documented on
Support.BrowserFormattingIssues).
