Bug: Various problems related to dealing with topic versions in Dakar

1. Error in TWiki::Store::RcsLite::getRevisionInfo
   • Should call $this->_author rather than the nonexisting $this->author
2. Error when retrieving version info in rdiff
   • When version info is not stored in the topic, it is not correctly retrieved from Store, but the most recent version info is used instead
3. Error in output formatting on rdiff
   • Unchanged text is put in the wrong (first) column in sequential mode, resulting in very unattractive output
4. Erroneous comment in View.pm
