Feature Proposal: Create a common Javascript Contrib

Motivation

A lot of javascript now in TwistyContrib should be made more widely available, and the code in TwistyContrib can be made smaller (more core functionality).

The new JavascriptContrib should default be included by PatternSkin.

While I see what you are getting at, I think this is not such a good idea. I don't like things that "mop up" functilnality this way. While I understand it's a bit of a PITA to create a contrib for each javascript, I'd rather see that than a "mopping up" module, as it's more intention-revealing.
