Documentation Bug: checkDependencies in the wrong place
It needs to be moved up to just after redirectCgiQuery, as it currently appears in the "I18N related" section of the documentation.

Just saw this now after the release. Dependency checking is not really cgi related either. I left it there but renamed the section to "System and I18N related".
