In the URLS that are used with the changes script could we add an ending forward slash. This change is need for me to use subwebs in twiki using directory notation. It has no effect on changes script. With this change, changes then works correctly for the subwebs otherwise it defaults to the parents changes which is incorrect. This is a cause and effect of topic searching code used by wiki::initialize.

We should wait with this until the new search is in Beta. At that time the changes script is probably obsolete and replaced by a WebChanges topic that does a inline %SEARCH% .

This is obsolete now since the 02 Dec 2000 production release does not have the changes script anymore, it is replaced by the WebChanges topic that does an inline %SEARCH%.
