Bug: Can't update RcsLite in CVS

When trying to update RcsLite.pm in CVS the following happens:

C:\devel\twiki.cvs\twiki>cvs -z3 -d:ext:talintj@cvs.TWiki.sourceforge.net:/cvsro
ot/twiki commit lib/TWiki/Store/RcsWrap.pm
cvs server: [01:31:22] waiting for anoncvs_twiki's lock in /cvsroot/twiki/twiki/
lib/TWiki/Store

Any ideas what this means and what need to be done to fix it?

Follow up

This is the same problem I had yesterday and emailed to the core email list - a couple of links in that email reckoned that it required a stale lock file to be removed on the CVS server, but it seemed to go away of its own accord (perhaps someone on SourceForge noticed and fixed it).

Fix record

Soourceforge quickly removed the stale lock - all is okay now.
