Motivation

The UserReports already has various user reports. For large TWiki sites it would be useful to have the option of autocomplete for single user select and multiple user select.

Description and Documentation

In line with existing sections select_one_user and select_users add new sections autocomplete_one_user and autocomplete_users. Use same parameters.

I have done this for a client and the client agreed to open-source it.

I think this should go into the next patch release of TWiki-6.0.
