Feature Proposal: Usability: Auto-discover TWiki forms, no need to set in WEBFORMS

Motivation

Creating a TWiki app can be still difficult the first time. One hurdle is the need to list the form definition topic in the WEBFORMS setting in a WebPreferences. This need can be eliminated

Description and Documentation

Eliminate the need to declare the form in WEBFORMS setting by discovering form topics in the change form screen as follows:

• All topics that end in ...Form and have a proper table header defining a form.
