minor mods to fix bugs due to my server set-up (WebNameIncludesViewScriptPath)
add WikiWordswithSpaces

Have a look at CobaltRaqInstall for a fairly generic solution to the problems mentioned in your first bullet. (Just noticed I already commented on Support.WebNameIncludesViewScriptPath...)

This is so old none of the code for the mods will work, so I'm setting it to FeatureNotSuitable
