Feature Proposal: Allow Topic Name That Begins With Small Letter

Motivation

It is sometime absolutely necessary to have topic names that are very simple, like: fft

Description and Documentation

We are thinking of using TWiki as a help tool for our code. The functions in the code can look like 'fft' or 'f'. It should be possible (but not recommended) to create topic with such names as 'fft'.

I think that need is better served with a TopicDisplayName feature.

A simple solution is just yo use the wikipedia way: use [[f]] [[fft]] or even [[aJavaName]]. See live exemple at http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Sandbox/SandBox67
