We are trialing TWiki in a small department here. On top of the basic distribution and a bunch of the packaged plugins we are using

• A modified TigerSkinPlugin
• A WYSIWYG editor (http://richtext.sourceforge.net/)
• A "Save As" option (useful for refactoring - instead of creating a new blank page and copying stuff into it you can clone an existing page and then edit it down before the first save).
• A weblogging layer with RSS feed and including separate comment page for every topic.
• Caching (taken from CacheAddOn)
