The standard set of code, docs and plugins that make up a TWikiRelease

By current convention, this comprises (from SVN)

1. The entire contents of the "data" directory
   • including a "data/Main/TWikiContributor.txt" file generated from AUTHORS
   • including "data/Main/*DotPm.txt" files generated from POD
2. The entire contents of the "pub" directory
3. The entire contents of the "lib" directory
4. The entire contents of the "bin" directory
5. The entire contents of the "templates" directory
6. all other non-directory files in the root
