---+ Lessons Learned Capitalisation Guide
---+ EPG-G01

	* 1.Lessons learned on programmes are collected by the PEL from Engineers Weekly Reports and PEL meetings.

	* 2.The PEL write a Lessons Learned Report at the end of each major programme phase and distributes a copy to the EPG. 

	* 3.EPG then places the report on the Engineering Web Site under Historical Data - Programme Data.

	* 4.The report is then reviewed at a “filter” meeting attended by:
		* an EPG representative
		* the PEL TL
		* with a view to filtering out those items that cannot/will not be resolved.
		* Remaining lessons learned are categorised as:
			* Action - action required
			* Done - already completed
			* In Hand - already being actioned
			* Note - note only (no action necessary)
			* Reject - no action required
		* The “top 3” items are agreed at the “filter” meeting and actionees appointed as appropriate.	EPG track the actions.

	* 5.The report is updated with these findings and replaced on the Engineering Web Site.  (The previous version is retained by the EPG).

This Local Procedure needs to be reviewed. EPG no longer collects data for Historical reasons, but the web site of each programme is kept alive.
