So you get the command line framework and don't need to remember the Ansible parameters

The Contrib doesn't need to be installed - the easiest way to run the stuff is to put the tools 
directory on your path
And the Contrib definitely should never be pseudo-installed in a TWiki test environment under SVN

If you just upgrade with an existing LocalSite.cfg you just get your error log peppered with

TWiki-6.0.2 should have a new major issue that configure does not run on new perl
like we have one for TWiki-6.0.1
