whole page, e.g. aware of the EDITMETHOD setting

[3:14pm] HideyoImazu: i'm asking mahiro to enhance a bit, before roll it out in our environment.
[3:15pm] HideyoImazu: it's still in an early stage, but I honestly think it can be a highlight of
the next major release of TWiki.

[3:15pm] PeterThoeny: it is in line with twiki's mission to become more user friendly & accessible
to less technical people
[3:17pm] HideyoImazu: there are cases where you find a typo or something to correct on a long topic
and need to take some time to locate the place to correct after hitting Edit.
[3:18pm] HideyoImazu: with the plug-in, the specified section becomes editable while the rest of
the page is still shown normally.
[3:19pm] HideyoImazu: after saving the section, the cursor stays at that section.
