Bug: Heading in twisty does not show up in TOC.

I tried 3 ways to get it into the TOC:

• prefix="<h2>" without trailing !!
• prefix="---++ "
• No prefix, added ---++ to link (i.e."---++ A Level 2 Heading (#2) in a twisty")

Justification / discussion: The fact that the documentation of the TWistyPlugin (:Twisty Headers) says to add the !! to keep the heading out of the TOC implies that without the !! it should go into the TOC, and that was the intention of the authors of the TWistyPlugin.

I could argue (with myself) that if I make all the headings collapsible and initially collapsed, the page itself will look like a TOC, and it will sort of, but having both the TOC and the collapsed headings is (to me) more useful.

Level 2 heading (#1) not in a twisty

• This is all f'd up, and getting frustrating. It's hard to describe the behavior, need to experience it to see.
• If I was really ambitious, I should perhaps make 6 folding test pages with all combinations of the type of prefix (or added to the link) (3 total) and the $n or not -- none of the behaviors are reasonable / acceptable
• I don't know if I'm ambitious enough to try that (the behavior on Foswiki with the new twisty (Jq something) seems more reasonable

Trying to describe the behavior (with prefix="$n<h2>")

• The Level 2 and Level 3 headings show up in the TOC, along with the twisty icons
• Those twisty icons (in the TOC) actually cause the relevant sections of the document to be displayed or not (i.e., displayed / expanded or hidden / collapsed)
• Clicking on those entries does nothing -- that should move you to the relevant heading in the document
• Twisty icons also appear in front of the headings in the document -- clicking on them returns you to the top of the document rather than to cause those sections to be displayed or not
