For some time I've thought about creating a page to deal with some driving issues, like:

• 4 way Stops (in Pennsylvania, for New Jersey natives)
• the traffic circle and signals in Easton, Pa.
• the nearby 4 way intersection with one Stop sign
• slowing down instead of stopping for construction delays and so forth

Now I've found an excellent set of pages that deals with the last issue to a greater extent than I ever considered: TRAFFIC WAVES: SOMETIMES ONE DRIVER CAN VASTLY IMPROVE TRAFFIC by William Beaty, 1998.

So I started this page, if for no other reason than to record the above link.

Up until now I've refrained for fear of liability issues -- I will continue to refrain for the time being.
