Question

I installed the latest version 4.2.1 on Unix.

Everything is configured however the WysiwygPlugin.pm is failing.

Log file says: Too many arguments for Encode::decode_utf8 at /fdmdev/twiki421/lib/TWiki/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin.pm line 621, near "Encode::FB_PERLQQ)" BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at /fdmdev/twiki421/lib/TWiki/Plugins/WysiwygPlugin.pm line 651.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x02x01
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Tru64 Unix
Web server: Apache2
Perl version:  
Client OS:  
Web Browser:

You need to upgrade your Encode perl module (CPAN::Encode)
