Question

I want to improve the speed of page display (with many SEARCHes & INCLUDEs). The VarCachePlugin is doing a great job, however, this plug-in seems to have a trouble when the page contains TWISTYs:

• TWISTYs do not close when the page is cashed
• Show Link statement is displayed twice

Any advise/solution for this problem would be very appreciated, thank you!

I do not think this is easily solvable since the VarCachePlugin caches all %VARIABLES%, including %TWISTY{}%. It might be posible to make the VarCachePlugin aware of the twisties.

Thank you for your comment --- I am not really sure what you meant by "make the plugin aware of the twisties", do you may be have more concrete hint for a possible technique to realize this?
