Question

Hi All

Sorry for my trouble. I am a novice to twiki. I just get confused: I create a topic and I edit the topic. Next time, I want to edit the topic, I found I was provided with the original version of this topic and I can't edit from the latest version.

How can I get the topic edited from the latest version?

Thanks

-Paul

Answer

This is a caching issue. It looks like you are mixing older Skin version with a newer TWiki version. Each edit link should have a unique URL, usually based on a time stamp. If you edit a topic here on TWiki.org you can see a ?t=1088409887 parameter appended to the edit URL. Study the default template to see how this works.
