Question

There appears to be a problem with the packages on the ToolTipPlugin. I tried downloading the most recent version updated by Will Norris and the tgz uploaded by the author. Both files appear to be truncated. I tried downloads with multiple browsers to no avail.

This is being discussed in PluginAddonsCorruptWhenDownloading. Unfortunately, the cause (and solution) to this hasn't been found yet AFAIK.

You can still get the files by downloading them directly from CVS
