Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
Sorry, no, not without a lot more information e.g what happens when you try to save, what errors are in the Java console, what errors are in your apache error log.

an accurate list of installed plugins would be useful, too. especially if you've added any new ones recently...

I don't have a Button to save nor am I able to close the drawwindow pushing the yellow or red OSX-Windowbuttons ...

TWikiDraw should look like this:
The 'save' is a menu item under the 'Drawing' menu, in the top left corner. I have no idea what "yellow or red OSX-Windowbuttons" might be.

The menu items of
TWikiDraw are appended to the menu items of Safari.
You should see after the Help menu item, the following additional menu items: Drawing, Edit, Selection, Fill, Line, Text.
To save a drawing, choose Drawing > Save and Exit.

Apologies: I have inadverently edited and saved "example.draw"/"example.gif".
I am not permitted to delete the attachments, so it now shows as a green box in stead of a missing gif.
