Question

I have a REALLY dumb question to ask, and I apologize in advanced. Anywho, I am trying to install a skin on my wiki, but the css doesn't seem to load. I think the problem is permissions but I have no idea which permissions. I ran: chown -R www twiki and chgrp -R www twiki (www being the apache user/group) and I also ran: chmod -R 777 twiki/pub No luck. Any Ideas?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Freebsd 6.2-release (i386-freebsd-64int)
Web server: Apache/2.2.6 (FreeBSD) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.7e-p1 DAV/2
Perl version: 5.008008 (freebsd)
Client OS: MS Win XP Pro SP2
Web Browser: OPERA
Categories: Skin

Just wanted to add that it seems the REAL problem is the variables are not expanding. I was told that from the TWiki IRC channel.

Question was answered in the IRC chat. The problem seemed to be the package I downloaded was corrupt or invalid.
