Answer

The TigerSkinPlugin is setup so that by default there is just Save and not Preview. Perhaps by examining it's templates you can figure out how to add a save or skip preview button.

Here is the patch for avoiding preview for the Dec 2001 release (but it should be easy to adapt to others)

Hint: copy the old edit.tmpl to edit.preview.tmpl, so that users still wanting the old behavior can get it by adding to their TWiki home page:

    • Set SKIN = preview

Yeah, the skin that we use internally at Valtech doesn't do preview. I might post it to TWiki one of these days, but it really, REALLY needs help from somebody who is more "presentation talented" with HTML than I am smile

The patch to avoid preview is good, but it would be really useful to have both the preview and the save buttons available.

Interesting - I would like to see this go into the core templates, as it works well on other Wikis such as PhpWiki (i.e. having Preview and Save on the same Edit form)...
