SafeWikiPluginNotEnabling < Support

Question

I have installed the SafeWikiPlugin from the configure script and the install seemed to run smoothly. I have enabled the plugin from the configure page and this was accepted without any complaints. However when I look at the AdminToolsCategory page I just see this: SafeWikiPlugin: (disabled). What should I do to try and find the source of this problem?

TWiki plugins:	SpreadSheetPlugin, CommentPlugin, EditTablePlugin, InterwikiPlugin, PreferencesPlugin, SafeWikiPlugin (disabled), SlideShowPlugin, SmiliesPlugin, TablePlugin, TinyMCEPlugin, TwistyPlugin, WysiwygPlugin
Server OS:	Linux 2.6.24.4 (i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi)
Web server:	Apache (on 1and1 shared hosting)
Perl version:	5.008008 (linux)
Client OS:	MS Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
Web Browser:	Firefox 3.0.3
