SID-02495: Can't reset the password

I have tried to log-in twiki from browser. However, I forgot my password. Then, I tried to reset the password and received this message:

The entry for user HienDoan was missing in the password system. Do you have an account on TWiki.org, but can't login anymore? We parked inactive accounts; please contact info@twikiPLEASENOSPAM.org to reactivate your account.

I have sent several mails for info@twikiPLEASENOSPAM.org, but unfortunately I haven't got any reply yet :(.

Does anyone face the same problem? If yes, how did you solve it?

I restored you account, please try to login again, or reset at ResetPassword if needed.

I have emailed several times over the last year with no response.
