SID-02488: /usr/bin/rcs is too old

The config on 6.1.0 says: Error: /usr/bin/rcs is too old, upgrade to version 5.7 or higher.TWiki will probably not work with this RCS setup. Either correct the setup, or switch to RcsLite. To enable RCSLite you need to change the setting of {StoreImpl} to 'RcsLite'.

My rcs is version 5.10. Is the version number comparison being done correctly? 10 > 7
