SID-02474: BROADCASTMESSAGE

I was trying to edit a BROADCASTMESSAGE on /bin/view/Main/TWikiPreferences page but something goes wrong and now it does not show BROADCASTMESSAGE at all. Not sure what is wrong but I tried to put older version of the preferences page but it did not work. Earlier it was working and I did not edit any other thing.

What skin do you use? If not the tagme, append this to any topic to test with the default skin: ?skin=topmenu,pattern

Also, make sure the BROADCASTMESSAGE is a real bullet, e.g. in RAW edit it is three/six spaces, asterisk, space, followed by: Set BROADCASTMESSAGE = Some text
