Discussion and Answer
You can download the .ova file, which is in the OVF format. It contains the full stack, including Apache and TWiki. Keep in mind though that this version is one release behind. You could install the latest TWiki over it once you have the VM up and running.

Thanks Peter, I have few more questions. OS - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo) - I believe its compatible with both twiki package TWiki-VM-6.0.2-1.ova and TWiki-VM-6.0.1-1.ova
Migration of content - currently we are using twiki Version: TWiki-5.0.1 and after upgrade need to migrate all the content to new VM with latest twiki version. Is it ok to upgrade to latest twiki version, do I need to follow some special instruction. Please advice.

The TWiki OVF should run on any supported VM host. TWiki-VM-6.0.2-1 has guest OS
CentOS 7.1.
Yes, once you have The TWiki-VM up and running you can install the latest TWiki version on top of it. Do that before content migration.
In terms of content migration, you can export the TWiki content on your TWiki-5.0.1, and import to your new TWiki. See details at
TWikiUpgradeGuide.
To get help you could hire one of the
TWikiConsultants.
