SID-02342: Formatting issue

Hello Team,

We have created a twiki page that can be accessed from this link - http://wiki-na.ms.com/WMAMFAQ/WebHome

However the formatting of this page is not similar to the twiki pages that we had created earlier. Sample - http://wiki.ms.com/ProdPerim/ProdPerimFAQ

We have tried the formatting syntax as per Twiki recommendations, but it still doesn't reflect on our page. Can you please help us.
