I have a twiki application the when submitted send an email with the data entered by user for their request, this works fine. What I am looking to do is add a unique reference id in the subject line of each mail recieved

Discussion and Answer
Use one of:
1. Date based ID, easiest with the epoch time:
2. Sequential number ID. Can be done with a
SpreadSheetPlugin formula, with value stored in a persistent
SetGetPlugin variable:
- Type:
%SET{ "email_ID" value="%CALCULATE{$INT(%GET{email_ID}%+1)}%" remember="1" }%%GET{email_ID}%
- Result:
64
- Detail: SpreadSheetPlugin, VarSET, VarGET.
