SID-01623: Error in I18N.pm -> get_handle

When trying to access Twiki after login out, I'm being served a page with

Can't locate object method "get_handle" via package "TWiki::I18N"

Looking at the logs, it shows that the error is in I18N.pm, line 144.

We're running Twiki 5.1.3 on Debian Wheezy Locale::Maketext:Lexicon has been installed.

Debian was originally installed with the locale fr_CA, but I replaced it with en_US.iso885915

Any idea?
