SID-01566: HTML list type does not work in IE

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 5.1.1 Perl version: 5.8
Category: CategoryRendering Server OS: RH Last update: 13 years ago

The example of the numbered list in TextFormattingRules works ok with Firefox but not with Internet explorer 9

It appears that the lis type tag is depricated. http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_li_type.asp

A similar support question offered a solution SID-01233 but this breaks for me.

is there an official fix ?
