SID-01035: Changes to WebTopBar not reflected on the site

Hello I have modified WebTopBar as described here TopBarSeachAllWebs

I have made the change, but the change has not taken. It has saved and I can see it in the WebTopBar topic, but bar still searches the current web.

Is it cached?

Answered my own question: I'm using the TopMenuSkin, so needed to change the TWiki.TopMenuSkinTopBar page instead.
